Although we didn't end up going skiing at all because of a number of unforeseen complications there was a dance on Saturday that I hadn't known about until about 2 days before I arrived on campus. It was so much fun. In fact, I think it was the most fun dance that I have been to yet!
As the girls were getting ready to go down to the dance, I put on my black and white dress and a bright red sash. Wondering what the other girls thought of it, I showed them. Kate simply said with a cute little giggle, "You look like a bleeding zebra!" Of course, that altered my perspective significantly and I wisely decided against wearing the sash.
Nearly everyone at TAC says I look and sound just like Michelle. But usually after getting to know me for a couple days that changes their minds. James E. I guess, was one of them. As Michelle, Hannah, James E., and I are talking in a group, James' eyes suddenly opened wide as if with enlightenment and he said,
"After a whole week of trying to figure it out, I finally realise who you remind me of, Katie! Your expressions remind me of my favorite nephew, Simon!" After seeing the sceptical and rather surprised, yet quite amused look on my face, he said, "Oh, but don't worry, it's a good thing!"

| Nick - being his usual self! Haha! |

| Unfortunately, you cant really see Michelle, but Chris is swing dancing with us both at the same time. Everyone cheered when we finished! |

At one point during the dance, (well actually at many points during the dance) Chris was teasing me about something and I was acting indignant to it. Everyone laughed, knowing something was going on, though it may not have been entirely clear what it was.
"Alright!" I said authoritatively, "Come here Chris! I have to talk to you!" And while lightly grabbed his shirt I said, "We're gonna dance right now." This only added to the laughing of the people at the table because it was quite obvious that although the little sister was bossing the big brother around, he was letting me do it. I had really no power over him. And everyone knew it! :D
