ANTS!!!!

A couple hours ago while we were all putting away the groceries,  John spotted an ant crawl slowly across the island counter.

"There's a Ant!" He yelled excitedly with his bright blue eyes lit up. Then as if to make sure that the ant didn't get anything to eat, he snatched up the little sunflower seed that lay close to it and chucked it quickly into his cute little mouth. Putting his hand at the edge of the counter, John anticipated where that ant was going to end up and it crawled right onto his hand. As he watched it crawling on his hand, he suddenly realised that he wasn't sure how he was going to get it off! It was now proceeding up his long sleeve shirt!

"Ahhhh!" He yelled! Jumping off the chair he was standing on, he ran to Mom as if something terrible was at his heels, yelling, "Mom! 'Dere's' a ant up my 'fleeve'! Mom!" Thankfully, Mom was able to get the shirt off him in time, took care of the ant and he continued with whatever it was he was doing before he was distracted by the ant in the first place.
