Well, Michelle and Chris are preparing for their long trip back to school. It will be so sad (and much more quiet) when they have left. But it's a whole new year for them and I am excited for them and their studies.
As some of you might have heard, I sold my horse Brego, (finally).....AND I got another job! This one is really exciting. The same family who bought Brego, asked me if I would be interested in training two of their other horses! Chris and I have been working together with these two horses and they seem to be doing really well. About two years ago, they were used as a team to pull wagons. Since then, they haven't been ridden much at all and barely used as a team. So, Chris and I have mainly just been getting them used to us and used to being ridden again. It's been going really well. And it is sooooo much fun! They have been learning really fast and are starting to be VERY responsive to our commands. It's SO exciting! (Squeal of delight.)
