While Mom, John and I were watching "Meet Me in St. Louis" and we got to the part where Ester is apologizing to John for beating him up after Tootie gets hurt, John and Ester are hemmin' and Hawin' around, and Ester is supposed to be getting home when our little John suddenly says in his innocent, frank yet truthful little way, "Well, GO ALREADY!"
Even though it totally shattered the romantic moment of the scene, Mom and I couldn't help laughing! The saying: "Out of the mouths of babes" rings true so often!
