A few days before my birthday, Mom and Dad went to Tulsa to go on a date. When they came back (at around 8 o'clock) Dad told everyone to go into their rooms since he was going to bring in a present. A little later, Mom and Dad called us out into the family room to watch Thomas open a birthday gift (his birthday is four days before mine). Mom got the camcorder out and Thomas was just about to open the present, when Mike called. We all said hi, and then Bridget Heffernan called. So, we put them both on speaker and said, "Hi, Bridget!" and she said "Hello, everyone!" as she opened Mom and Dad's bedroom door and walked out. We all yelled, "Bridget!" and ran to give her a hug. What a fun week!
